How to Order
Placing your first order
Placing your first order with Conticomponents Boutique is easy. Do take note that we do not accept orders by phone, fax, email nor do we take walk-in orders in our office. All orders are to be made online via conticomponents.com. Your Order should reach you in 60 hours (Singapore Customers).
When you find an item that interests you, click on the name or picture of the item to see the detailed product information page. Here you will find more information about the item, including availability and other purchasing options. Select your required options and click the little red "Add to cart" button to add your desired product to your shopping cart. You can now continue browsing for other products or you can access the contents of your Shopping Cart at any time by clicking the Check Out button located at the top right of the website.
Upon clicking the Add to Cart/Shopping cart button, you will be directed to the your shopping cart, for you to review your cart contents. Once everything is correct, click the "go to checkout" button to proceed to step 1 of 3 of your checkout confirmation.
You will then be prompted to login or to create an account if you do not have one, in order to proceed to the next step of your order confirmation.
Then, select the available shopping options you would want to receive your product by. We have the following options:
a) Courier(within 48hours) SGD6
b) In-Store Collection
c) International Shipping(Rates to be advised)
All charges have to be paid for order to be processed.
*Free local (Singapore) shipping for orders S$50 and above.
After that, please select your desired payment option. We have the following payment options:
a) Bank Transfer
b) Paypal/Credit Card
Confirm your order, and we will send you a confirmation email. Your order will be processed within 12 hours.
